My journey into the world of fitness and personal development began in the shadow of personal challenges, from a tumultuous upbringing marked by uncertainty and isolation to finding solace and strength in the discipline of physical training. This path led me to realise the profound connection between mind and body, inspiring me to dedicate my life to helping others find this balance.

My love for fitness ignited at 15, a gift from my uncles that became a lifelong passion. Despite not excelling in sports, I found my strength in the gym, leading me to pursue fitness, health, and exercise in college. This journey wasn’t just about mastering physical training; it was also about embarking on a path of personal development and self-mastery, which has been instrumental in both my professional growth and the success of my clients.
Qualifying as a PT in 2019 was just the beginning. The subsequent lockdowns and the pivot to online coaching only deepened my commitment to this field, introducing me to the teachings of Dr. John Demartini and the intricate dance of human behavior and mindset. These experiences, coupled with my own story of resilience and transformation, have equipped me with the tools to not just coach but truly change lives.

BORN 29TH APRIL 1999
GROWING UP
Oldest of 4, 2 with special needs
'Challenging' up bringing (I guess); lived in homeless housing, moved from council home to council home. Frequent domestic abuse involving drink / drugs. Didn't know biological father
THESE VOIDS...
1. Lacked emotional control & understanding:
frequently 'misbehaving' and getting into trouble but not understanding why.
2. Labelled Selfish:
Cared little for other peoples needs other than my own
3. No Money
Mum / step-dad struggled financially.
4. Escapism / Isolation
I used computer games as an escape from the challenging environment/ situations.

Started attending conditioning fitness classes with my uncles then soon started running,
mainly as an outlet for my negative emotions
Gran passed away

Mum passed away
Started resistance training and kept training because of how it made me look and feel

Lockdown started, gyms closed
Studied full time online, learning to build my PT business with Mark Coles
