Before I started with Ryan I was low on confidence with being overweight especially when I had always been fit and active, my goals were to lose fat and gain muscle to feel more comfortable in my own skin again. I fell into this slump due to lack of motivation, wanting results right away without doing the work and always putting myself down


I made the decision to call Ryan because his reviews were all 5 stars and rightly so, he explores the mindset and applies that to your training and coaching and is tailored towards your goals in turn allowing you to hold yourself accountable, within the first week I saw results in my attitude and mind, being able to look at things more positively with the tools he gives you and realise that my goals are actually achievable


The best thing for me was learning different dynamics of training and new techniques on how to optimise myself in the gym and out, over the course of 12 weeks I lose 10 kg and built a massive foundation to build from, being able to think clearly and see where I have came from and be proud of my achievements, finishing with Ryan I am mentally and physically in a much better place, I look forward to the gym,  exercising, having the right nutrients

Before I started coaching with Ryan I wanted to go to the gym but didn’t know where to start. I didn’t have the confidence to go myself.
I felt stressed from work, I didn’t know how to switch off. I felt like I had no time for myself.
As a nurse, I needed something to help me switch off and better manage the stresses of work.
I wanted to feel good, look good and to have the confidence to know what to do in the gym.
But I lacked motivation to get started. I just felt exhausted from work! I struggled to go to the gym by myself because I lacked confidence.
I lacked accountability, telling myself that I’d start next week. I’d struggle to find the time because I had too much to do on my days off work.
I decided to start coaching with Ryan because I needed ME time to destress and do something that would benefit me.
I love how we don’t just focus on training but life as a whole. Discussing how to create healthy changes and implementing other things to better manage stresses.
And also having accountability to show up to the gym, the confidence, support and guidance to know what to do in the gym
I started seeing a difference within the first few weeks; mentally I felt better felt happier, less stressed because we had implemented techniques to help reduce/balance the stresses I felt.
After a few months I felt a lot more confident within myself. Around the gym I felt less scared and intimated.
Physically I am more toned & happy with my body. I have built muscle and feel stronger.
What I enjoyed most about working with Ryan was the fun/enjoyment of the training.
Having someone to talk to about my training, being encouraged and getting me to push myself. We talk about issues I might be having and try and see the positives in them.
Having worked with Ryan for almost a year I feel less stressed and can manage my stress better. I feel happier within myself, I don't let things bother me as much and I can switch off easier.
I feel confident in the gym, in myself and in my body. I feel stronger, have more definition and tone to my physical appearance.
Overall I feel great!

When I first started with Ryan I had no accountability for a gym routine, lacked structure within workouts and needed help overall. I wanted to feel better mentally and physically as well as build confidence and knowledge in the gym. I had little knowledge on what worked best for myself and needed the push to start and follow through with a workout regime. Ryan stood out to me as the suitable PT to help me achieve my goals as he was not only focused on bettering others physically but also mentally with mindset changes and took the time to understand his clients. Before I started with Ryan I was struggling with accountability and poor food choices as well as lacking confidence in the gym. I wanted to feel confident in myself and I wanted to be mentally stronger,build strength and overall look better. Lack of accountability for myself and feeling that I needed some help and encouragement to take the first steps felt daunting. Before coaching with Ryan I was unhappy with my body. I had unhealthy eating habits and couldn’t be bothered going to the gym, or doing anything after work.
I used to just come home and sit in the house. I had no ‘get up and go’.
My goal was to lose my belly and feel more comfortable in my own body.
Making time for the gym, having the energy/motivation to get there and my unhealthy eating habits held me back from achieving my goals.
I decided to start coaching because I seen from Instagram and from knowing Ryan that he has a positive work ethic and the knowledge I need to learn and to grow.
Also to give me the confidence to go to the gym and to do it right on my own.
I first started seeing results within the first month just by how I felt mentally and physically.
Mentally I was happier because I was making a change. Physically I was getting stronger.
The first time I noticed a visual change was towards the end to the second month when I noticed my face and body getting slimmer with my arms looking more muscular.
What I loved most about the coaching was the positive attitude, the time Ryan took to prepare my plan to suit me and the push he gave me to be the best I can be.
My body and face has slimmed down which has gave me more confidence in myself.
I feel like I could go into any gym now and train confidently. It’s helped me mentally; I’m more happy and use the gym as a way to relieve stress. It’s no longer a chore.
I recommend absolutely anyone to go through the 3 months programme because I couldn’t believe the difference 3 months of training properly would’ve had on my mind and body!

Before working with Ryan I lacked determination and motivation regarding going to the gym and a poor understanding regarding the nutritional side of thing. I often went to the gym with little to no planning, winging everything session, and not seeing any results
Since starting to train with Ryan, he has managed to change my mindset completely. After setting out a clear, and easy to follow workout and nutritional plan, it has been an ease following it. Before starting with Ryan I had many struggles. I lacked confidence to go to the gym on my own, would always panic if there were a lot people. I didn’t have any knowledge on what or how I should be training. I had a terrible relationship with food and could barely ever sleep. I had tried to figure things out on my own but I was just never making any progress.
Ryan is more than just a typical pt you might find in the gym. He’s a life coach! He’s got a huge amount of knowledge in many aspects and is always going out of his way to improve upon that. Ryan will help you with not only your physical well-being but also your mental. Including your sleeping patterns, self confidence, anxiety - you name it, Ryan will help it.
Ryan’s vast knowledge and guidance has helped me overcome my challenges with eating. Given me the confidence to walk into the gym knowing exactly what I am doing, feeling relaxed and able to push myself without any worries. I am consistently getting a full night sleep waking up each day feeling renewed and ready to continue progressing.
After working with Ryan for 4 months so far, I am a totally different person than I was before, both in the gym and out of it. I know what my goals are and I know how I will continue to achieve them. The biggest challenge before I started coaching with Ryan was knowledge and understanding on how to correctly perform exercises in the gym, as well as having a routine within the gym. It was overwhelming to think of all the different muscles groups I wanted to target, and overwhelming thinking of all the different exercises that could be done to target those muscles.
It become very frustrating not knowing how to perform exercises correctly to see and feels the gains that I wanted. This only led to me not feeling confident in continuing at the gym. This also led me to continue doing the same routine and only doing exercises that I felt comfortable with rather than pushing myself.
What Ryan offered was a sense of encouragement and guidance needed for me to know that I can have at ability to do what he is teaching me by myself.
Ryan's service in tailored in such a way that he wants you to go on and do what he has taught you by yourself. He encourages you to push yourself even when he is not around. Also, Ryan offers more than just physical and gym training, but offers mindset hints and tips. This was something that I hadn't seen from other PTs and coaches. He really listens to what it is you are struggling with and takes time to think about how to assist you specifically. It doesn't feel like he is reading from a prepared script. Everything feels authentic and has intention behind what he is saying.
For me, I realised things were changing for me when I started to go to the gym with a clear purpose and plan of what I wanted to achieve by the end of that session. I didn't feel I was just doing whatever felt right, but that I was pushing myself thanks to the tips Ryan had set out for me.
I've gained confidence in the gym. Going to machines and doing exercises that I would have never done before had I not started with Ryan as a coach.
For anyone thinking of starting with Ryan I would say to just start and see the results for yourself. He provides you with so many tools to help with whatever you may be struggling with.

Before I started coaching with Ryan, I had been in and out of the gym for around 6 months but never had any real structure or even knowledge to do what I wanted to do. I often stuck to doing the same things day in and out and was too nervous to try anything new for fear of not doing it right. I knew what I wanted to achieve but lacked the confidence to pursue it, which led me to becoming stuck in a constant cycle of never fully committing to the gym, therefore, never progressing.
Ryan really gets you to think deeper about why you want to achieve what you want to achieve, why your goals are significant and what's actually important to you in the whole scale of things. He allowed me to understand why I stop myself from doing certain things, how specific actions in my life aren't serving me and even helped me create a new perspective for my future by showing me how to figure out my true values. Not only did Ryan help with coaching and fitness, but he also helped me in other areas of my life that I was struggling with such as anxiety, self-confidence and body image issues. At first, I felt uncomfortable with sharing personal struggles with him, but he was always very appreciative and put a massive effort into trying to understand me better by providing me with resources to again, get to the deeper reasoning for all of these.
Ryan’s knowledge in the gym was extremely beneficial for me as he showed me how to do everything that I was interested in doing. I had never properly done weight training before and Ryan went straight into it with me by showing me specific movements, telling me how your muscles are working and giving tips on what I should and shouldn’t be feeling. He also pushed me harder than I could’ve pushed myself every week in the gym and showed me how much I'm really capable of doing.
I was pretty clueless when it came to food and had never consistently had a ‘food plan’ or tracked anything and with Ryans help I was able to learn more about the importance of meals, protein intake and how to properly track my macros by calculating my calories, giving me food recommendations and checking in with me regularly with all these things.
After the first month of training with Ryan I felt my confidence in the gym increase massively which allowed me to easily head to the gym on my own and complete my gym plan without that apprehension that I was experiencing before. I completed my first 12 weeks with him and decided to continue doing another 12 weeks with him as I was enjoying it so much and felt we could make even more progress together. After the 6 months of PT with Ryan, I am a completely different person in the gym. I know what I am doing, I go to the gym every week, I know my goals and how to achieve these, I have the knowledge now to try new things on my own now without the fear of failure, I'm confident in my eating and tracking and I could now never see my life going back to the way it was before I started my fitness journey with him.
Ryan is a great coach with a massive amount of knowledge in many different aspects relating to fitness, health, wellbeing and lifestyle. He always has a positive happy attitude, really cares about his clients and after every session with him I left the gym feeling a happier person than I did before. I would 100% recommend him to anyone thinking about starting PT as it was one of the best things I could’ve done for myself.

Learning to believe in myself and my own ability I knew was going to be a struggle when I started with Ryan but the support and understanding he gave me was invaluable. I had plenty frustrations with myself but he helped me understand what I had already achieved which helped me turn it around so I wasn’t slipping backwards.
I think what’s unique about Ryan’s service is it is tailored to you as an individual not just physically and mentally.
It took me a while to realise how much I had been progressing my challenge was getting out my own head which was a lot to do with the support Ryan gave me and once I had done that I am confident that I can continue to develop myself and strong on the outside as well as the inside.

My biggest challenge before starting my online coaching with Ryan was my confidence about my body image, nutrition and comparing myself to others.
This frustrated me everytime I was in the gym, out of the gym. It was taking over my life. I skipped meals daily trying not to consume calories and be training like crazy 5 days a week- this had a reverse affect on my and I couldn't lose any weight after my 2nd child.
I knew eating the correct foods would be beneficial but I didn't know how.
Ryan's coaching was different and unique because he asked me to write down my goals, my WHY, what I wanted to be, do, have in x amount of weeks. What the drawbacks were of not achieving my goals, what my values were and what was most meaningful to me.
He got me to go deep with my thoughts and that gave me such a clear perspective from the beginning.
He broke down nutrition for me and what macros I should be eating, I had no idea how to do this beforehand.
I realised about 3 weeks in how amazing I was feeling, I was full of energy, didn't have constant sore heads or sore body, i was happier and i was loving being in the gym again and following a training programme. I was fuelling my body with good nutritional food.
I put my trust in him from the start when it came to eating more food- I had to.
I have now finished my online coaching with Ryan and I have gained not only my confidence back but I'm loving myself for who I am while making changes.
I am still tracking my food and training.
Its feels good to be more educated on nutrition and I can keep working on it on my own.
For anyone thinking of a PT I honestly couldn't recommend Ryan enough.
He will tailor your plan specifically to your needs both food and training.
He is great at helping you change your mindset and way of thinking if you are struggling with things.
He's always on hand to help, has a Facebook group with an abundance of information, does weekly check ins and then reports back via a pre recorded video. This is one think I loved listening to every week. They always had so much value in them.
Take that first step and go for it! You won't regret it.

Before I started training with Ryan I massively lacked confidence in how I looked and knew I wanted to change my attitude towards my body and how I felt. I also lacked confidence in the gym environment, wasn't really sure of the type of training I should do to achieve my goals and the gym made me feel uncomfortable at times. I had tried numerous fad diets and attempts of workouts that I had seen on youtube/instagram but continually felt frustrated from not seeing progression and still not really feeling like I knew what I was doing, this was when I decided to enrol the help of Ryan, I needed proper guidance.
Ryan made me feel comfortable from the get go, his knowledge and commitment towards helping me achieve my goals provided me with the motivation I needed. Always explained things in a way that I would understand and gave me the information I needed to adapt my nutrition/mindset and technique to ensure I was on track for achieving my goals. The turning points for me in my journey when I realised that everything Ryan had taught me was making an impact was when I no longer feared going into the gym (especially the free weights area) to do a workout on my own, I started to see physical changes in my body and my training ability and the day I wore a pair of shorts with total confidence (something I hadn't felt comfortable to do in years!).
My coaching journey with Ryan has now came to an end because I now feel confident enough to carry forward everything he has taught into continuing my journey on my own. I originally reached out to Ryan to improve my general fitness and confidence in my body. My goals were to lose fat, tone up and feel generally more confident in the gym. I had tried (and failed) on various occasions to do this on my own and so I signed up with Ryan with a view to ensure I was more focused and engaged in a training regime in order to achieve my goals.

My biggest challenge was even making myself go to the gym, wasn’t confident on entering a gym, not knowing what to do and how to do it, I knew I wouldn’t of started in a gym without getting a PT, messaged Ryan and right from the start everything sent to me was very professional, with layouts of help with nutrition which I learned was very important to reach my goal, and on tracking my workouts, in person was the same, get shown about the gym and getting to know me throughout to get to know each other and become comfortable, after the first 12 weeks I had friends noticing physical changes in myself and noticing myself as I was filling out t-shirts, my confidence went up that it became easier to just walk in the gym and continue with what I’m doing without any worry, I’ve done 24 weeks with Ryan and I’m now by myself, and with the help from Ryan throughout I’ve gained a boost in confidence and on working towards my goal I feel happier in myself, I would advise anyone looking for a PT to go with Ryan, Ryan is easy to get a long with, online help is professional, well presented and easy to understand, explains workouts well and easy to understand, help outside of PT’ing as well with stress and other things to help get back on track, and you get a laugh during the gym as well throughout workouts and enjoy your time in the gym, couldn’t have asked for anything more from a PT.

my biggest challenge before training with Ryan was my confidence and nutrition, trying to do it all on my own was tough but I needed to look good in a bikini for my holiday to marbella 😂with Ryan always there to help at anytime I felt more at ease and pushed Myself to my goal, Ryan takes a lot of pride in his business and so he should as he’s an amazing PT without him I wouldn’t be as confident in training! he’s helped me so much & I realised this when I was in a routine daily training and eating better it makes your mind healthier as well, I’ve noticed my sleeping routine is better also, I would highly recommend Ryan as a personal trainer he’s helped me more than he knows always there to help with anything

Ryan has helped me in multiple ways the first for me was my diet I never kept a consistent diet plan and I thought it was impossible to track calories but Ryan showed me this app called MacroFactor it’s helped me lose 7% body fat and feeling great and eating all the right foods and it was great to try new foods Ryan asked me to try another part he helped me in was training and following a work out plan I sorta knew my way about the gym but when I started with Ryan it was like going to the gym for the first time again for me I struggle to be mindful of my breathing during sets and panicking but Ryan’s showed me the proper way to deal with that and the right technique finally mentally I have being going through a hard time recently and Ryan always try’s to get me to open up and I never until recently and he was great gave me great advice and now I feel so much better can not thank Ryan enough for everything he done for me best PT and mind coach about
