That depends on the package. I like to discuss specifically how I can help you before presenting my price so that you know exactly what value you're getting for the price. At the end of the call, I'll share with you the package I believe will best suit you. You can decide there and then whether or not you'll go ahead and join. There's no obligation to sign up by attending a call.
I've already got enough on my plate, I don't think i could handle the extra stress
The whole point of the programme is to help you better manage your stress, give you more energy and remove the things that are draining your energy the most so that you have more to give at work and in your relationships. Initially it may seem counter intuitive giving yourself more to do, however, I'm certain that after your first 14 days you'll know whether or not what I'm saying is true.
One of the first things we'll work on is your stress/time management. So if you're willing to show up with me, you'll find that you'll actually have more to give pretty soon.
I don't have much time because X, how would we work around that?
I do ask that you're able to attend a gym at least 3 days per week for 45-90 minutes,
spend 15-30 minutes per day (or 2 hours per week) preparing your food,
5-15 minutes checking in.
This is the minimal time commitments I ask of you. If that's a struggle, it's something we can discuss and try and make work for you. The bottom line is, i need you to show up with me and for / by yourself when I'm not present
